Our Pet Policy

• Wake Robin allows dogs and cats
• Two pets per apartment home
• The combined weight limit is under 100 lbs at full growth
• A pet addendum, current animal picture, and vet records are required

Pet Fees

• $350 pet fee (non-refundable)
• $35 monthly per pet
